You can delegate a wide variety of admin and operational tasks, including email management, calendar scheduling, data entry, travel bookings, research, document formatting, social media scheduling, and more. If you’re unsure about a specific task, just ask us, and we’ll let you know how we can help!

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan as your needs evolve. If you occasionally need extra help, you can purchase additional hours at £30/hour. Changes to your plan will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Delegation Station requires a minimum 3-month sign-up to ensure we can provide meaningful results and consistent support. After that, you can choose to continue month-to-month or renew for another 3-month period.

Our task start times depend on the tier you choose:

  • Essentials Support: Tasks start within 3 business days.
  • Advanced Support: Tasks start within 48 hours.
  • Elite Support: Tasks start within 24 hours.

You’ll have full visibility into your tasks via your custom Monday.com dashboard. You can see when tasks are in progress, completed, or waiting to start. We also provide regular updates during your review calls to ensure you’re always in the loop.

Unused hours do not roll over, so we encourage you to use them to their fullest! If you’re unsure how to maximise your hours, we can help identify tasks that can be delegated to make the most of your time.

If you need to cancel after the initial 3-month commitment, you can do so with 30 days' notice. We’ll ensure a smooth transition and wrap up any ongoing tasks.

Your tasks will be managed by experienced, handpicked virtual assistants who are skilled in a wide range of business support areas. Each assistant is DBS-checked and thoroughly vetted to ensure your sensitive information is handled securely and professionally. You’ll have a consistent point of contact to ensure smooth communication and continuity.
